Hi, I’m Om…
I know what it feels like to be lost, to search for direction, initiation, and truth in a world that rarely offers it. My journey took me across the world, through teachers, different initiations and hard truths to reclaim the strength, clarity, and grounded presence I was always seeking.
Now, I hold space for others to do the same - with challenge, compassion, and deep presence.

The men’s group has been deeply impactful on my life. From the first session I was able to confront parts of myself that were stagnant and obsessive. From that point forward I worked to become a more honest person with myself, facing fears, shame and shadows while taking steps toward a vision that was both attainable and of a higher order. I gained wisdom and strength from the men in the group. I started a practice of meditation, breath work and exercise that was previously difficult for me to kick start on my own. This group was a regular dojo practice, and an honor to spar with such caring individuals. But at the heart it was Om’s facilitation which enabled us to go deeper, knowing there was always love at the center of the practice. I’m very grateful for my time with Om and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to build upon all the great work we’ve done together.
